An exquisitely proportioned baroque villa located in the heart of Tremezzina, an area considered to be the ‘Riviera’ of Lake Como.
Villa Sola has striking lake views and grand dining salons decorated with ornate stucco and frescos. It is fit for a monarch. The traditional Italian style garden is a perfect setting for picturesque cocktail party and dinner. The villa can also accommodate 12 guests in luxurious suites.

Built in the sixteenth century by Duke del Carretto, this villa has been the home of different noble families ever since. The current owners, the Serbelloni family have owned the Villa since the eighteenth century.
The family constructed the stunning Italian garden you will find at the entrance to the villa, as well as the stone mooring and vast cast iron gate.
The Italian style garden with its beautiful geometry made up of four parterres overlooks the lake. It is a perfect setting for a ceremony or picturesque sunset cocktails.
Located just a few minutes from the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, who manage this aristocratic residence. It is available for groups of up to twelve people in six suites, situated in the wings of the Villa.
Each of the six suites is ensuite, and all feature unique and original decor which has been modernised and brought to the standard that you will find at the five star Grand Hotel Tremezzo.
Guests staying at the villa have full hotel services and dedicated staff including a villa manager, chef, maid, housekeeper and access to all the hotel facilities just a short walk away.
